About Us
About Sonrisas Cubanas: Cuba is facing one of the most challenging times in its history, and the ones who suffer the most are the children—innocent, full of dreams, yet burdened by hardships they should never have to endure. Sonrisas Cubanas was born from the deep desire to bring hope and direct aid to Cuban kids, one school at a time. Our mission is simple but powerful: to ensure that no child is left behind, that schools receive the resources they need, and that every Cuban child has the chance to learn, grow, and smile despite the difficulties surrounding them. We are not just sending aid—we are delivering hope, dignity, and a future to those who need it most. This is not just a charity; it’s a movement fueled by compassion and the belief that every small action can create a wave of change. If we come together, we can bring back the joy, the education, and the opportunities that these children deserve.Join us in making a difference—because every child deserves to smile.

Key Initiatives
Healthcare Programs

At Sonrisas Cubanas, we are committed to improving the health and well-being of Cuban children by providing essential medical assistance and healthcare services. Due to the ongoing economic crisis and severe shortages in Cuba, many families struggle to access even the most basic over-the-counter medications for fever, headaches, toothaches, and stomach pain. Pharmacies are often empty, and common medicines like acetaminophen, ibuprofen, and antibiotics are unavailable or unaffordable.
Our healthcare programs aim to bridge this gap by delivering much-needed medical supplies directly to schools and community centers, ensuring that children receive prompt care when they need it most. By working with donors and partners, we strive to provide relief for preventable health issues and support the overall well-being of the next generation in Cuba.
With your support, we can bring hope and healing to children who have been left without access to fundamental healthcare. Together, we can make a difference—one smile at a time.
Community Engagement
At Sonrisas Cubanas, we believe that real change happens when communities come together. Our mission extends beyond providing aid—we aim to build a strong network of support by engaging both local and international communities to uplift Cuban children during these challenging times.
Cuba is facing an unprecedented humanitarian crisis, with severe shortages of food, medicine, and essential supplies affecting families nationwide. Schools often lack basic educational materials, and many children go without proper nutrition or medical care. By fostering connections between donors, volunteers, and local organizations, we can help bridge these gaps and bring hope to those who need it most.
Through fundraising initiatives, awareness campaigns, and volunteer programs, we encourage individuals and organizations worldwide to stand in solidarity with Cuban children. Together, we can provide resources, mentorship, and direct assistance to create a brighter future—one where no child in Cuba is left behind.
Youth Development
Fostering the holistic development of Cuban youth through various programs and activities. We are committed to nurturing the potential of children and empowering them for a better tomorrow.
Family Support
Providing assistance and resources to families in need, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for Cuban children to thrive.
